To initiate a return for a refund or exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:
a. Submit the return request within 3 days from the date of receiving the package. Any requests beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.*
b. The returned items must be kept in their original condition, i.e., unworn, unused, unmodified, and unwashed.*
c. Ensure the returned items include the original trademark, tag, etc., and are packaged in their original packaging.*
d. Goods with a discount of 30% or more are considered final sales and are not eligible for return/exchange.*
e. Certain items such as personal jewelry, underwear, swimwear, stockings, designer conceptual products, etc., are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.*
Refund:
Once the returned items pass the quality inspection and meet the return conditions, the refund will not be returned to your original payment method. Instead, it will be processed as Store Credit/Gift Card balance equivalent to the item's value, excluding points/coupons/postage used in the order.
In cases where the return policy is not adhered to, EMONO reserves the right to reject the refund, and the package will be sent back to the original shipping address without refund/exchange. To prevent unnecessary issues, feel free to reach out to our customer service team with any concerns or questions before initiating a return.
Guests are responsible for the postage incurred in the return process. In the event of a wrong or missing delivery, EMONO will cover the associated freight costs.
Exchange:
Every item can only be exchanged once. The exchange shipping fee will be at your charge.
